Plumbing:  We provide a full range of plumbing services from shower and bathroom installations to refitting new build properties.   Services include installation and problem solving, drains and drainage, pipes and pipe work, sanitary installations, WC installations, kitchen installations, power shower installations, boiler installation and servicing, power flushing, system upgrades and landlord safety checks.

Electrical work:  repairs, installations, replacement circuit boards, repairs on boiler circuit boards (older boilers) - NICC tickets issued.

Painting & decorating:  It is always best to use good quality paint and materials. Cheap paint or wall paper is often a false economy.  Cheap paint means that many more coats are usually required and the painting job needs to be done more frequently, often costing more in the long run.  Cheap wall papers fade, peel and generally don't match up to good quality paper.  Although we work within your budget we will always recommend that you obtain the best materials that you can afford.  This does not add to the labour costs involved, and may in fact reduce it in the case of painting because good quality paints require less coats to cover than their cheaper alternatives.

Preparation before starting to decorate is important and a number of visits will always be required to complete any painting and decorating job. 

Plastering:  A good plastering job is essential, and good plasterers are always in demand.  Bear in mind that because of the nature of the work plastering is quite messy and that any rooms to be plastered should be free of all furniture.  We will cover the floors before commencing work but you will generally have to redecorate a room once its been plastered.  Be aware that bags of plaster carry a best before date, always ensure that your contractor is using material before it best before date!
